We fully endorse this aim, as we believe strongly that all clients of GeniMedical are entitled to such protection.
We will protect your personal information. We have never sold personal information to third parties and we never will.

We save your name, as we would prefer not to address you by a client number. Your address and place of residence are required for the drafting of consignment notes and invoices and to contact you if necessary.
We retain your email address, so that we can send important messages about your order(s) or your account.
We retain your telephone number, so that we can contact you in an emergency or to ask you for input.
We save payment details (the account number and your name as the account holder) when an order has been successfully placed. When an order is placed we create a unique invoice number, linked to your account.
If anyone should ask to purchase your personal information we will politely but firmly refuse. We will only share your information with others in the following circumstances:

Combating fraud
Of course it is important that nobody else should impersonate you. We use your personal information in order to combat fraud, for example through the use of false or stolen data.
