Returns
At GeniMedical, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. While returns are generally uncommon in the business market, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. Occasionally, an order or delivery of a particular product does not go as expected. Therefore, we offer, where appropriate, a flexible and customer-oriented solution.
The principle remains that if a customer wishes to cancel an agreement after it has been established, the full order price (including VAT) will be charged as cancellation fees. The customer is obliged to fully indemnify GeniMedical. In the situations described in this returns policy, returns are possible under the specified conditions.
When are returns possible?
- In case of incorrectly delivered products;
- In case of damaged or defective goods upon delivery. This must be reported no later than three days after receipt;
- In case of incorrect quantities or items that do not match the order confirmation.
- In all other cases, returns are not possible.
Returns are in any case, including but not limited to, never possible in the following situations:
- Products that are specially made to order;
- Products that have been specifically ordered for you;
- Medicines, refrigerated products, and items with a shelf life of less than 9 months, due to hygiene and quality guidelines;
- Errors and/or defects caused by the customer, such as placing incorrect orders;
- Products that have already been used;
- Hygiene products that were sent without sealing;
- Products whose packaging has been opened.
How does the return process work?
Registration Fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving the product via the link below.
Packaging Package the product in the original packaging and place it in an outer box. Include the packing slip or return form.

*Returning is at your own risk and the costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
Important conditions:
- Returns without registration via the return form and without the packing slip or return form will not be processed.
- Returns are only possible if the packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged.
- Do not stick stickers or tape on the product. Products/packaging that are damaged will not be credited.
- GeniMedical charges 10% of the value of the returned items as restocking fees, with a minimum amount of €10.00 excluding VAT for incorrect orders. This fee covers the costs of checking, repackaging, and processing the returned items.
- GeniMedical is not obliged to accept returns. In cases where GeniMedical does accept returns, it does so as a courtesy. GeniMedical reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.
- The return request must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. A return request received after this period will not be processed.
- After checking and approval by GeniMedical, it will determine whether the customer is entitled to a remedy for what went wrong, adjustment of the charged amount, or a full or partial non-performance of the order with a refund of an amount. This is always at the sole discretion of GeniMedical.
