Not Satisfied? You Can Return Your Order Within 14 Days
Returning your order is simple. Just drop off the package at a local parcel point. Please note the following conditions:
- You can register your return up to 14 days after receiving the product using the form below.
- Returns without registration through the form below and without the included packing slip or return form will not be processed.
- Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and packed in an outer box.
- Do not apply stickers or tape directly to the product. Products or packaging that are damaged will not be credited.
- Custom-ordered items, medicines, refrigerated products, and items with less than 9 months of shelf life cannot be returned.
- GeniMedical charges a restocking fee of 10%, with a minimum amount of €10.00 excluding VAT, for incorrect orders.

- Returning products is at your own risk.
- Credit will be issued after receipt, inspection, and approval by GeniMedical.
How Does the Return Process Work?

- Always include the packing slip or return form with the returned package.
- Upon receipt, we will assess your returned product, and you will receive a credit invoice.
