Ligastep FIX walker (Short)
This walker features rigid side supports to immobilize and stabilize the lower leg, ankle, and foot. The walker has 90° rigid uprights on both sides and is designed to ensure minimal dorsiflexion of the metatarsals. The non-slip roll-off sole provides patients with a natural and comfortable walking motion. The product can be worn on either foot and is available in both long and short versions.
Indications:
- Postoperative and post-traumatic immobilization of the ankle and foot
- Severe ankle and foot sprain
- Stable fracture of the lower third of the leg (long version)
- Conservative treatment of ankle and foot fractures
- Severe tendinopathy of the ankle and foot
- Conservative treatment of Achilles tendon rupture
